Food Preservation Workshop
On the second Tuesday of every month, Iskashitaa hosts a food preservation workshop dedicated to reducing food waste and educating the public on all the ways to transform local food. Using what we have harvested that month and the rescued food we have received from our partners, we come together at St. Francis in the Foothills’ commercial kitchen and make food products that are then sold on our online shop and at events.
