Harvest every Wednesday and Friday

  • 1406 East Grant Road, BLDG. 2 Tucson, AZ, 85719 (map)

Iskashitaa volunteers and refugees meet at the office on Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9 AM to harvest local produce in the greater Tucson area. We also can schedule a group harvest for your school, church, or community group. You must RSVP so we can coordinate the transportation of all the refugees, contact us to reserve your spot at harvesting@iskashitaa.org or 520-440- 0100.

Notes:

  • No Wednesday harvesting in October, as we'll move those resources to hosting Saturday events throughout the month.

  • No harvesting Fri 10/13 or Sat 10/14: come join us at Tucson Meet Yourself! We'll be hosting a Food Justice Table and "Culture Kitchen: Passing Traditions & Food Justice Expo" (10/12-13, 11am-5pm): Jacome Plaza (Intersection of N. Church & E. Pennington, near main library).

The law of harvest is to reap more than you sow. Sow an act, and you reap a habit. Sow a habit and you reap a character. Sow a character and you reap a destiny.
